Word Address Book Problem

I use Office XP - and notice that not all contact
addresses are available in my Word address book which
should be updated when changes are made in Outlook. In
other words, I can find John Doe in Outlook but when I
click on the Insert Address Icon and navigate
to "Contacts" and try to find John Doe. He's not
available in Word. How can I get all my contacts to show
up in Word?

You need to ask this in an OUTLOOK newsgroup. It's very
rare that someone "cruising" the Word groups also knows the
ins-and-outs of the Address Book technology.

FWIW, my guess would be that your Outlook configuration has
more than one Contacts list, and that the one to which you
added the new address is NOT the one set as your default
address book...
