When I open word 2000, my internet connection prompts to start. It must be cancelled several times before opening Word. After Word opens it prompts to open my internet connection once more before going to my document. It started two days ago and I don't know what I've done to cause this. Help???

Have you been opening documents from e-mail or the internet? Run a virus
check and download AdAware and/or Spybot and check for spyware.
Check what add-ins Word is loading and investigate any macros called
autoexec, autoopen or autonew saved in normal.dot that you didn't place
there.

This may be caused by the Norton Office Plug-in if you're using Norton
AntiVirus. Disable it in NAV.
