word 97 document being used by a preferred customer

Get an error that the document is being used by a preferred customer, do you want to make a copy. You can cancel out of it, but the error pops up and is annoying.
 
Preferred Customer is probably you (you haven't changed the username in User
Info). See http://www.mvps.org/word/FAQs/AppErrors/DocInUse.htm
