Word 2007 Track Changes Not Available

I have a client who has moved a Word 2000 document to Word 2007 and she wants
to accept or reject the tracked changes. She can see the tracked changes but
the Accept and Reject buttons on the Review tab are disabled. How does she
get them to work?

They should become available when a change is selected.

Or, Accept All and Reject All don't need any of them to be selected.
 
Hi Peter. Thank you for your reply but I figured it out myself. The problem
was that the file was protected. When a file is protected in 2007, the
ability to Accept or Reject tracked changes is disabled.
