Word 2007 Startup

When "booting" Word 2007 from my programs, a document that I created a couple
of weeks ago continues to be shown immediately on startup. How do I delete
this document and get Word to boot to a fresh blank document?

Word 2007 the extension of the Normal template's file is "dotm" instead of
"dot".
