Hi!
I've been trying to mail merge my address list onto a Microsoft Word "two address per page" document. I have already printed information (8 x 11.5 sheets) on one side & only need to print addresses on the top & bottom of the reverse side; cut the sheets in half & mail them out.
The problem is that after the merge Word keeps repeating the second address on the top of the following page.
I've tried using labels & postcard templates & used the "next record" codes to no avail. I've also seen posts where people have this problem & others that don't encounter it.
Does anyone have any clue as to why Word does this?
