Word 2007 does not print equations

Problem: Word 2007 does not print equations

I have equations in a DOCX.
I print the document to my Xerox N2025 Laser printer.
The driver is set for PostScript.
Everything else prints except the equations which are blank.
I then create a PDF of the DOC.
The equations print in the PDF.
How do I make the DOC print the equations?

Since you can print to PDF, you had better look at the settings for your
Xerox printer.
