Word 2007 clipart problem

Just re-installed Office 2007. When I try to access the Clip Art gallery
nothing happens. When I go to the Clip Art organizer it won't open anything.
Also, when I go to the Microsoft website and download a clip art picture, it
won't open and I get a message that says, "Microsoft Clip Organizer Has
Stopped Working...a problem caused the program to stop working correctly.
Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."

I've run diagnostics, but it says everything is fine?

Please help, I need this for school.

Go to Start Menu > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs (or Programs and
Features in Vista). Click on Office 2007 and choose the Repair option.
