Hello,
The company I work for has just rolled Office 2003 out on a site and all was going well until a few of the users started using one of our bespoke pieces of software.
The problem is that this program outputs to a .doc file (always called T00000001.doc) as required by the user, unfortunately where as Word 2000 created each one of these into a new document Word 2003 tries to merge them into the same file. I can't change the program as its a legacy program and still widely used so I have to try and find a workaround, is there an option that will allow this to happen? I have trauled the options and customize options but with no luck
Any help is much appreciated
Alex
