I assume these last lines are being generated by some Macro.
One way to miss the printing of text is to set it as 'hidden', as in
comments, or editing. Perhaps the macro has such an option set.

My wife's desktop PC is acting odd when she's using Word 2003. When she
goes to Save a file, Word will actually LOSE that last few lines of her
work.

As you can imagine, this is extremely frustrating!!

This Word behavior does NOT happen when she is using her laptop (w/Word
2003) when she works with the SAME file.

I'm wondering if her desktop is having an issue with Macros in Word. ?????

Yes, I did a virus scan on her desktop and all is fine.

What is going on with her desktop's Word ?????

TIA!

I'm not sure, but when she switches over to use her laptop (with the SAME
file), it does NOT do this behavior.

How do I disable the Macros ??

Would a Reinstall of Word set everything back to OEM specs ??
