Word 2003 - Can't Convert Wordperfect Files

Ever since we installed the beta anti spyware on three of
our computers in our office - those computers cannot
convert Wordperfect documents. (Other users can convert
the exact same files - those that do not have the anti-
spyware).

The message that we receive is that it is an "old version"
of the Wordperfect converter. Before these computers had
the spyware loaded they were able to convert files with no
trouble at all.

Any suggestions.
 
we had a similar problem.
downloading the wordperfect update from corel.com forced
the dll to be fixed/. ]
We got lucky but it might work for you.

After installing pay attention to the things you are
blocking in the firewall/spyware settings.

you might have accidentally blocked the converter,
