Word 2002 wont install???

I cant make my word 2002 install? windows 98, I have the Glencoe McGraw-hill
student disk.
 
The Glencoe McGraw-Hill Student Disk is not the Word 2002 program. It is
some sort of courseware that purports to teach you how to use Word. To
install Word 2002, you will need the Microsoft Word (or Office) Program
Disk.

But what you will get is OpenOffice, which is not Word 2002.
