How do you convert a powerpoint file into a word document
for viewing and printing?
Why would you want to?
Open Word.
Open the PowerPoint slide.
Go to Slide View.
Copy the slide. (CTRL+C)
Paste into Word. (CTRL+V)
Resize as necessary, keeping the aspect ratio constant.
That?
Or this?
To convert Powerpoint presentations to Word, try this:
Click on File/Send To.
Then, choose Microsoft Powerpoint.
It'll give you several options - one of which is the notes page with blank
lines at the side of the slide.
This option only allows you to basically paste a picture of your slide into
the Word document.
It doesn't automatically paste your slide text as actual text in Word.
Another problem with this method is the fact that the slides are pasted as
low resolution images which may alter some of your graphics, specifically
arrows, etc. (the arrow head may appear very large).
Otherwise.. again.. Why?
