Word 2002 Not Finding Text

Mark Schneider

Only on a few documents, when using Find, Word 2002 is
not finding specified text in the document even though we
can read and see it within the text. Appears to occur
only in certain documents, but consistently within those
documents. Has anyone else encountered this? Is there an
option, conversion or something that may need to be set?

Is the text in a text box? Header/footer?

On the Find & Replace dialogue under the Search Options subheading, this is
displayed if you press more depending on your version of Word. Have you
checked Search "Find all word forms".
