Word 2002 "File->Save" ?

Greetings:

I have a toolbar icon for "Save". But I thought the "Save" command also
appeared under the "File" menu, along with "Save as". For some reason, I
can no longer find "Save" on the "File" menu. Only "Save as" appears.
Where did it go?

As for how it went missing, the usual suspect is the Delete Menu Item
command or "destructive cursor" invoked by the shortcut
Ctrl+Alt+minus. This changes the cursor into a large bold minus sign,
and the next menu item you click is deleted.
