hello,
I am having L-driver problems with Word 2002. It crashed on m
yesterday, but the documents that were open autorecovered. However,
must have clicked the wrong thing somewhere, because on starting u
today, I can't access any word docs at all, I just get 'file <name> i
unavailable', I click OK and it asks me if I want to save th
normal.dot, if I say no it just shuts, if yes, it wants to replace th
existing one. I have tried repairing the Word 2002 installation
Someone suggested renaming the normal.dot but I can't seem to do that
In the meantime, my daughter can't get at her A level coursework! Ca
anyone help?
