Word 2000

open one document, text became all symbols, unable to read. Tried to open the
same document on other PC, it works fine, all text in english.

Please help me urgently!

Hi

In Word, do File > Open. Navigate to your file. In the Files of Type box,
make sure it says Word Documents or All Word Documents. Then click Open to
open the file.

Hope this helps. If not, post back and let us know what version of Word
you're using.
