MS Word 2000 (9.0.6926 SP-3)

Does anyone know how to have a FULL put-down menus when you click on one of
the icons at the top? With out having to click on it, then click again to
open to full menu? I know that later versions have the option to click on
"Always Show Full Menus"

I haven't used Word 2000 for several years now, but I seem to recall a
way of turning off the "personalized menus" located somewhere amongst
the "Tools > Options" dialog boxes.

It should have been there somewhere. Oh well, perhaps you'll have
better luck getting a useful response by posting this question to one or
more of the news groups dedicated to Word or Office, rather than to one
dedicated to an operating system.

Hi , using a norwegian version of Word 2000 , but the option is available
here.
On the Tools menu , go to customize (the 2'd selection from bottom of menu)
This opens a new requester where you on the options page can untag
"Show recently used menu commands first"

Hope you can figure it as I had to guess what is sais in the english version
:P
