I have a general question about office 2000 and 2003, more specific i
the Word product.
My office uses several different templates (which have set form field
and in protection for ease of navigation) which work in Office 2000.
We are planning on upgrading a few of the computers to MS Office 2003.
First question is, does anyone know if there would be any conflicts o
will anything need to be changed for the templates to work in Wor
2003? There are some macros, but a search of microsoft.com's suppor
site yielded answers to that issue. They are not a problem.
Secondly, a few of the computers will stay with Office 2000. Ha
anyone attempted or know if there would be conflicts if the sam
templates are opened in Word 2000? Basically the same file will b
opened using both versions until all computers are updated.
Thanks for any information you can give me. I've search microsoft.co
and this site for keywords of 'office 2000 to office 2003' whic
yielded quite a bit of results and I couldn't find any thing hittin
this issue. There were a few problems, but nothing that I woul
consider major.
Thanks,
