What do you mean by "author"? And what does Microsoft
Exchange have to do with this? Is it an email question?

For setup questions, try asking in word.setup.networking;
if your problem involves email / MS Exchange, ask in an
OUTLOOK newsgroup. And it sounds as if you should also look
into getting a copy of the Office Resource Kit.
