Trying to figure out what application options are different between computers. When double-clicking a .dotm file in Word '07 (via Win 7), the standard message below is rendered:
The trust center settings appear the same on both systems (Disable macros w/notification, Trust access to the VBA project, Show the message bar) and neither user is opening the file from a trusted location.
Anyone have any ideas as to what might be the cause and/or difference between application settings? Thanks!
"The macros in this project are disabled. Please refer to..."
The problem is that User A doesn't get the security bar option (to enable) until after they click 'OK' to the notification. User B, however, has the security bar option from the start, although can't click anything until they dismiss the notification...at that point though, the security bar goes away and the user isn't given the ability to enable the macros.
