Woops!, Help! somehow moved C:\WINDOWS\sys32\wupdmg in2 Micro word!

Dont know wot is was doin! Dont know how to restore anything cos all shorts cuts etc have this picture that when clicked on say installer error, Couldnot open, have tried to open with other applications but nuthin! :(
 
What is the exact error?
Do you have anti-virus software? Have you scanned for a virus?
