Well I thought I would inform you all Telewest have now upgraded the lines in my area :D
Now paying 1meg prices and getting 4meg.
I know it's not quite the same league as probably some of you guys with big connections but I'm well chuffed

How thats not bad, i'm paying 512k price for 2MB and was told it could go to 8MB, but not holding out as the local exchange is falling apart!:mad:

But thats not bad though Mudfrog, so what you going to do with your new found speed then:D
 
Urm :confused: Download, Download and a bit more downloading :D

The speed at work is just soooooo slow in comparision. We've got a 2meg lease line :)
 
On BT here with one of the most expensive 2mb lines I've ever had ... they are testing 8mb, but I won't hold my breath either. ;)

If ... IF they do enable 8mb we too will not incur any price hike. :thumb:


I had 4mb once, sweet ... enjoy mudfrog. :)
 
I have unlimited 2MB, and im paying what i paid for 512kb 4 years ago

I REALLY want Telewest, as I like cable, and Telewest are far better than NTL. They are faster ADN cheaper, and have better service.

But they dont cable my area
