Won't show web pictures

Please help me with this, everytime i go to a website and
there is pictures, they don't show. The only way I can
get them to show is to right click mouse and show
picture. Please tell me a way I can get it to show
without going through this step.

Pictures Are Not Displayed on Web Sites in Internet Explorer
