Wont send move back to my DV Camera

I have created my movie and have been able to finish it by saving to my
computer as a WMA. However, when I tried to then finish the movie by sending
it back to my DV camera it says "allocating disk space" for about a minute
and then says your movie was not successfully recorded to your DV camera tape.

This is a 3 minute movie and my computer has 2 GB of video memory and 65 GB
harddrive space. I can't imagine there being a memory problem. Is there
some setting I need to change? This is a brand new Dell computer in our lab.
I am trying to complete this video for our school morning news program. I
was able to send movies back to the camera on our school's laptop with
considerably less memory, so I can't figure out what the problem is.

I assume you mean wmv when you type wma, but either way, to send data back
to the dv cam it needs to be in dv.avi format, so save the movie as dv.avi,
import into a new project and send to cam.
