Won't Receive

My new Outlook 2003 Pro won't receive my emails. The Norton email scanner
LOOKS like it's receiving and counting email--but then it won't show up in my
inbox. Also, I can't delete anything from my inbox! I've done the inbox
repair tool many times. HELP!

Disable the Norton mail scanner.

Sometimes you must uninstall Norton and reinstall it without the mail
integration feature.
