Won't receive/download certain emails from server

Hi,

I'm having a problem where Windows Mail will not download certain e-mails
from my mail server (pop3). I have no incoming file size restrictions
activated and I have cleared my blocked senders list yet it will still not
download any messages. Some of them are even from microsoft about one-care
and xbox live.

Any help is appreciated. (Not running any 3rd party mail filter apps)

Do you get any error message?
What happens when you try?
 
After installing Vista iam unable to receive Mail from Outlook or Windows Mail. I found One solution for Ms outlook . Open Msoutlook > Tools > Options > Mail Setup> Send/receive > Edit > check mark download only headers for items larger than 50 KB > Click Ok and restart Outlook . Now it should be ok
