Won't publish FP 2003

My work has taken over its web site from a web designer. I have changed the
site to what I want it, through Frontpage 2003. When i publish changed pages
it says it is successful. Then i look at my site and on everypage except the
home page it says "The requested URL /clients/body_clients.html was not found
on this server."

can anyone help me with this?

Was the site original designed with FP?
