Won't print 6 X 4

I have been trying to print a photo 6 X 4 but it prints it out smaller. I have found this also to be the case with a digital photo program I use. Any help would be appreciated.

Are you using 6x4 paper? If you are, your printer has margin limitations. Look at
your documentation to find out the margin defaults.
Another way, open WordPad, file, page setup, input zero into each margin, the setup
will default to your printer's defaults.
