Wont play mp3 Sound(Encountered an unknown error)

Can some 1 please help me... I cant play mp'3 at all, it
alwayz cumz up with " Windows Media Player encountered an
unknown error." :s this is so confusing please some 1 help

Re-install or upgrade to WMP9. Do NOT install WMP10 beta unless you know
what you're doing.
