won't open in 2003 version

I recently had a problem I could use some insight on. I received a
presentation that would open in version 2000 but not in 2003. Any
suggesstions?

Try updating PowerPoint 2003 to the latest service pack. To do so, click Help
Check For Updates. Once done, try opening the file again.
