wont fit in window! help!

im having a problem in some programs. the text and other stuff wont fit in
the window i think its something to do with the monitor well heres a
screenshot so you can see what i mean any help would be greatly appreciated

What resolution do you have your monitor set at? Look at the Settings
tab in the Display applet.

In the display properties on the appearance tab check that the font size is
set to normal. you may also wont to check under advanced, the font used for
message box, if normal size is used it should be Tahoma 8.

thanks well i found out the problem. my resolution was set to 120 dpi
instead of the normal dpi thanks anyways
