Wont display new versions of web pages

Hello.

My sysetm will not display new or updated web pages.
For example if I went on one URL today and they changed
it over night and I tried the next day I would not see
the new page just the same one I saw the day before.

Tools | Internet Options
Click Settings in the Temporary Internet file section and select Every visit
to the page.
