Wont completely load internet sites

I have been trying to go to a new site that was e-mailed
to me. My Internet explorer loads about 40 to 50 % of the
page then stops. It appears to still be active but does
nothing more. I have accessed this same site from other
computers, so I know the site is valid. Also, I talked to
my internet provider, and they can access the site also.
In addition, they told me it is a setup problem with my
internet explorer.

Just off hand -- anyone got any ideas on any settings I
may need to change?

Have you tried clearing files (including offline), cookies and history from
tools->Internet Options then closing and re-opening IE and trying again?
Also you can try uninstalling and re-installing IE and all Windows Update
updates (http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;293907)
