won't boot after defrag

last nite i defraged my comp and in the morning i checked
it and it said somethin about the connection was lost so
the defragmentation didn't finish.... so i restarted my
comp and when the account login screen popped up i put in
my pw then pressed enter... the loading your personal
settings screen showed up then it just didn't do anything
after that... what do i do? i'm using my old computer to
go online and try to find out what's going on because my
new comp won't boot

Either or/and open BIOS,exit page,select load set-up
defaults,then save changes and exit BIOS.
At computer start-up,tap the F8 key,select,start in safe-
mode,enter as ADM,you might try,start windows last good
configuration.
