Won't Block Microsoft's stuff

I told it to block Windows Messenger from starting
automatically. But as soon as I rebooted, it popped up a
cute green window: Microsoft Anti-Spyware has allowed a
system change: Windows Messenger has been added to your
startup options. (not verbatim). Hey! I didn't say you
could do that!!
 
You stop Messenger by editing policys in the policy editor
not in spyware programs, I did and it does not start.
Check the Knowledge Base out and you'll find the
instructions and with that I close this communication.
