Won't allow me to Preview Fax

Hi, For some reason I cannot Preview a fax before I send it. I get an error
message that says "The Fax Preview Cannot be displayed"
I could preview them on my previous WinXP computer but not on this one.
I've checked all the settings I can think of. Is there something I'm
missing? Thanks, Catt
 
Thanks Hal, I certainly will try this,although there is something else I
forgot to mention. When I attempt the process the program wants a cd from
the MIcrosoft Office 2003 program and seems to be searching for a file named
STD11N.MSI Does this add something to your thoughts before I install the
SP you recommend?
