funtoplaywith

i recently downloaded wntipcfg.exe from microsoft but the darn thing
doesn't work. i get two error messages: 1) could not read EnableDHCP
flag, and fatal error inconsistent registry contents.

how do i fix this?

If XP will not start because of registry,try search at microsoft.com,type
307545 It also takes in account corrupt software/files in xp.
 
xp works well enough. it's wntipcfg that doesn't work.
