Wndows Defender - Logs

Having used other spywares, I like what I see but am concerned on 2 points:
1. some other products show a count (and/or list) found items, and then
2. allow a log, for saving. Then subsequent tracing and removal, if needed;
or indeed auto delete them(if set).
Given they include cookies, and Defender doesn't, its disconcerting for any
new user to be told all is OK, when 3 other products all say there are a 100+
suspect items (all cookies).
Can anything be done to design in the 2 points above?
