WMV to MPG converter?

Saw all these posts regarding converting video files, so I though I
would add my request to it. Am wondering if there is a utility that
will convert microsoft WMV files to regular MPG? Thanks.

====== TEMPGenc can do that, it needs a english converter, but works
very well.
