I cannot open wmv files in windows mail. Anyone know what I need to open

This is what I would normally do with mail attachments. I double click on
it and it does not load in Windows Media Player. I checked in media player
and the DirectX video acceleration for wmv files is checked. Still need more
help thanks.

Save them to disk and then see if they open.
