Hi there,
I have created a two-minute movie with a mix of four .avi videos, and about a dozen still photos. After I save the mswmm file to the .wmv movie output file, and play it in (my up to date) Windows Media Player. But the movies displays as a swimming conglomeration of green, blue and magenta squares and is totally unrecognizable. I cannot find any documentation anywhere in Movie Maker, Microsoft support or on the web in general that addresses this problem. Am I the only one in the world to experience this?
Thanks alot if you have the answer.

Might be worth a try to reduce your Graphics
Hardware Acceleration as per the instructions
in the following article.

XP...
(272193) PI: How to Troubleshoot
Graphics Issues
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=272193
(scroll down to:
Microsoft Windows 2000 and Windows XP)

If it improves the issue, you need to search the
support website of your Video adapter's mfg. for
an updated video driver.

In either case...be sure to return Acceleration
to full.
