I just had a shocker. I saved my movie made in MM2 in wmv format. It plays
fine on the desktop I made it, but it does not play in my laptop. Only the
sound plays on the laptop. Both computers run winxp pro and latest version
of wmp. Does this make any sense? I thought with a propriatory format like
wmv, it should play on any windows machine.
This is incredibly disheartening, to go through all this trouble, and not be
able to play the darn thing on my OWN machine (let alone on other people's
boxes). What is the best format to save in to be ABSOLUTELY sure that
everyone, even mac users, would be able to play back my files?
