John Wilson mentioned PPT 2010. It is in Beta and never should be used in
any production environment where stability is necessary.

For earlier versions of PPT there is no Free method of doing this that I am
aware of. You can either put the words on the video or purchase a product
that will accomplish what you want. You will need to Google to find out
what products can be made to work the way you desire.
