I am trying to use Windows Media Player 9.0, but when I click on Media Guide
or Premium Services, I get a "The page can not be displayed". I am connected
to the internet through a wireless network, and I don't have any problems
opening other web pages. Can anyone tell me what is wrong?
 
The website is probably bussy when you are trying to connect. Try at a later
time, like early morning or late night.
 
OK, this didn't work. Any other suggestions?

You may have to reset your firewall which is blocking your access. Another
approach is: Open Internet Explorer>Tools>Internet Options
Privacy Tab - set to Medium
Security Tab - set to Medium
Click Apply and OK. Reboot
 
I checked my internet options and that doesn't appear to be the problem. How
would I reset my firewall? Any other suggestions?
