Dell P 4, 3GHz, 512 MB DDR SDRAM, 160 GB, Win XP Home
16X DVD-ROM & ,6X DVD+/RW, IE7, OE6, DSL, via AT&T

For a song : convert it to mp3 or wma format then attach it to your mail.
Choose a compression ratio so that the file you want to send is less than
5Mb.

For a video two solutions :

* again, you need to compress it so that its size is less than 5Mb, which
corresponds to most peoples attachement limits.
* or find a site that allows you to post large files then give the link to
the person or people you want to download the said file.

Check out this as an example :

http://www.transferbigfiles.com/

or trawl through this lot :

http://www.google.fr/search?q=large...s=org.mozilla:en-GB:official&client=firefox-a

Maybe sending music/videos in an attachment to an email will suit your needs?
Make it a great day.

Yes locate the file (Song/Video) also making sure your upload limit (MB) is
not reached. This depends on your ISP, you can contact them to find out what
that is. Also compressing the folder will also allow more to be emailed. Good
Luck.

Yes, but read my first mail because if your attachment is tto big you won't
get it delivered.

Its not worth compressing (winzip, winrar, winace etc) an mp3 or wma -
they're already compressed.so you won't make such a file much smaller. Do
NOT send a wave file, they are enormous, even 1 or 2 minutes.

For videos, you can either compress or do as I suggested - use a large file
up-load service.

Jerry
