WMP11 - pasting art

On my WMP11, several CDs come up without art, whereas the art was included on
my previous WMP9. I have tried updating album info, this occasionaly works,
but not often.
on the blank cd image it says 'paste art here' - but how? the usual
properties, highlighting address and paste doesn't work, as when I right
click on the (missing) album cover, paste is not an option.

Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong, or an easier way? thanks for your
help richey-scott
 
Copy the image file (not its location text) and then paste it. Drag and drop
works (such as from web pages) a little erratically.
