Generally that indicates that you are missing the proper codec to display
that video. Check with the source as to what's needed. These are the most
popular codes that most users seem to be missing (as they are not included
with Windows):
thnks roger i tried that but it still does'nt play, when it try's to play a
small black square flickers in the top left corner of the player,then the
audio plays but no visual's
Contact the distributor to see what codec is needed to play the video. The
problem hasn't changed, it's still a codec issue, there are many, many of
them out there - divx just happens to be the most common one users are
missing.
