wmp visualizations

i want to import the "plenoptic" visualization into win vista with wmp 11
from winxp with wmp9. can anyone tell me how to find the relevant file and
how to transfer it please? i have already moved mpvis.dll, and wmpvis,dll
into the prog files folder, and registered the modules but this vis is still
missing along with others. are they hidden somewhere?

You can get most of the visualizations from the following website.

Use google to search for "Visualizations for Windows Media Player"
(including the quotes) and you'll get dozens of websites for free
visualizations.

thanks ronnie - i already got these, its the one called plenoptic which i
really want, hopefully someone out there knows how to find it!!

I remember having the Plenoptic visualization. It may have been a part of
the Bonus Pack for media Player. There are some visualizations in there, but
the download page does not specify which ones?

tried that too, not in there, plenoptic is part of the default win xp install.

It looks like we're out of luck on this.

I found the following comment from an old post by the Windows Media Team.

"Plenoptic was not fully compatible with MP v11 and all non-compatible
visualizations were pulled. People who have tried installing this file from
MP v10 have not had much luck."
