WMP not downloading songs

Receiving error msg "Windows Media Player cannot find the file. If you are
trying to play, burn, or sync an item that is in your library, the item might
point to a file that has been moved, renamed, or deleted." C00D1197 while
trying to download songs to mp3 player

Have you tried any of these sites (except the MS one which is pretty vague
to say the least).
